A person behind the service
For Perfect Clean, I filmed the work process and the owner speaking about the business. The videos were used as advertising creative.
The message centred on how the company treats its customers: each person should receive attention and feel that their needs have been understood. The owner gave that message a direct voice.
The owner and the work in the same story
The owner speaks directly to camera in an office setting. The finished ads pair that explanation with supporting scenes and captions, keeping his message at the centre of the creative.

Made for advertising
The videos were used to introduce Perfect Clean through paid creative. The production brief focused on the message, the owner and the work that could support the explanation.
For a similar project, short-form video production defines the filming and finished edits. Campaign management covers how advertising is run. The two scopes can be planned together around a clear audience and next step.
Start with what your customer needs to hear
Choose the question, who will answer it and which part of the work helps explain the answer. In this project, those choices connected the owner, the cleaning process and personal customer attention.
The customer-question guide helps turn that starting point into a brief. For a more detailed introduction, explore an owner-led business film.
