How Much Does a Product Video Cost in Ireland?

Understand product video costs in Ireland: product preparation, demonstration, filming, editing, ad versions and NextVision’s published video production options.

The Macaron Boutique product film created by NextVision Studio in Alicante

A product video is priced around what must be demonstrated, how the product is filmed and how many finished edits you need. NextVision’s published 4 short videos for ads package is €500 + VAT. That is a defined advertising-video package, not a fixed price for every product film. A detailed demonstration or larger product range needs its own quote.

For filming-only work, the published rates are €250 + VAT for a half day and €450 + VAT for a full day, with editing separate. The full NextVision videography price guide explains the differences. We are based in North Dublin; work elsewhere in Ireland and any travel are agreed for the brief.

Decide what the customer needs to understand

A product page may need a clear demonstration of size, setup or use. An advert may need a short opening built around a particular benefit. A brand film may concentrate on materials, atmosphere or how the product is made.

Choose the job before choosing the length. If a buyer cannot see how a product works from photographs, show that process. If the goal is a paid campaign, agree the hook, offer and next action. Our short-form video production service covers focused content batches, while Google and Meta Ads management is a separate service for distribution.

The production choices that affect the price

Product preparation: how many products and variants are ready to film? Bring clean final samples, working components and backups where appropriate. Packaging, fingerprints and changing labels can add avoidable work.

Demonstration: a simple tabletop detail shot needs a different setup from a product being installed, worn or used in a real setting. Tell us if hands, a presenter, customers or specialist instructions are needed.

Background and movement: controlled lighting, a location change or a sequence showing several steps changes the shoot plan. A brief may need both clean detail shots and wider context.

Versions: specify the number of videos, aspect ratios, captions, graphics and advertising variants. Changing the opening of an advert is still editing work even when the central footage is shared.

Use our product photography shot list to prepare detail, scale and packaging shots. If you also need stills, agree a separate commercial photography scope, including the number of final images and usage.

What the €500 ad-video package means

The published option covers 4 short videos created for paid social ads. Your proposal confirms filming requirements and finished formats. Advertising spend and campaign management are separate. It should not be read as an unlimited product shoot, a long instructional film or an account-management subscription.

For ongoing products and launches, compare monthly social content production. The monthly short-video packages cover their agreed content production; they do not automatically include every still image or new campaign version a shop may need.

Look at relevant work before booking

The Macaron Boutique product film was filmed in Alicante and uses food details, colour and the character of the location. It is an example of a production approach, not an Irish location claim or a published client price.

Watch that film and ask which details your own customer must see. A service demonstration may need a different approach; the VentSolve project shows how explanations and customer questions can shape video. A longer explanation can fit a business video production brief.

Get comparable quotes for your product video

List the product count, demonstration steps, location, formats and deadline. Supply links to the product pages and any usage instructions the video must follow. Ask each producer to quote the same finished deliverables, music usage and revision scope.

Our video quote comparison checklist will help you spot whether a lower price leaves out preparation or editing. If you are planning both a shoot and regular social content, compare a content day with a main business film before deciding.
