A corporate video needs a quote for the whole production, not just a camera booking. NextVision Studio’s published filming rates are €250 + VAT for a half day and €450 + VAT for a full day. Editing is separate. A finished corporate film is quoted around the speakers, locations, preparation and final versions you need.
Those rates are our filming prices, not an estimate of the entire Dublin market. For all current options, use the Dublin videographer pricing guide. For the actual service and examples, start with corporate video production in Dublin.
Start with the job the film must do
A customer needs to understand a service; a new employee needs to learn a process; a potential recruit wants to meet the team. These briefs can all use interviews, but the questions, supporting footage and review process are different.
Write one sentence describing the intended viewer and the action you want them to take. Then decide where the film will appear. A website explanation can need a horizontal version, while supporting social clips need their own openings and captions. Our guide to planning a business video helps turn that decision into a shoot plan.
What changes a corporate video quote?
Preparation: interview questions, script development, shot lists and factual review all take work before filming. Decide who supplies technical information and who signs it off.
People and locations: one prepared speaker in a quiet room is a different production from several teams across multiple premises. Share room access, background noise and the time each person can give.
Finished edits: specify the main film, its approximate length, shorter versions, subtitles and any graphics. A filming day does not automatically include an unlimited number of edits.
Review: agree the first-edit date, revision rounds and one person to consolidate feedback. A change in the agreed message can need more work than a correction to a title.
Our business video quote checklist covers those details so different proposals can be compared fairly.
A real example: different audiences within one business
The VentSolve production project includes a public promotional film alongside customer education and internal content. The relevant lesson for budgeting is to separate the audiences before filming: what is suitable for a public advert is not automatically suitable for training.
The project page shows public work and production choices. Its client-specific fee is not published, and it is not a price promise for a similar-looking brief. You can also inspect the SG Studios Dublin promotional project to see another business introduction.
Would a monthly video package be a better fit?
If you need a recurring batch of short social videos rather than one main corporate film, compare monthly social media content production. NextVision’s monthly video packages are €350 for 4, €450 for 8 or €600 for 12 short videos, all + VAT, including planning and a half day shoot. Posting and account management are separate.
A corporate interview can sometimes be planned alongside short-form video production, but the written proposal must list both sets of deliverables. Do not assume a monthly short-video package includes a long corporate film.
What should you send for an accurate price?
Send your website, the film’s purpose, likely speakers, filming location and publishing deadline. Add the final formats and video count if known. If you are comparing a live event with a planned interview, use the separate event videographer price guide: live coverage has different scheduling and sound requirements.
NextVision serves businesses across Dublin and North Dublin. See filming arrangements in Swords, Malahide and Balbriggan. Location and travel are confirmed in your quote.
Budget around the number of explanations
The Balbriggan Braces production involved twelve longer videos and sixteen shorts, organised by speaker and topic. The Perfect Clean project focused on owner-led advertising creative and the work process. Neither client’s fee is disclosed here. The comparison is about editing scope: agree what must be explained, who is speaking and the actual finished video list.
