The brief
What the project needed to achieve
Leroy’s Barking World was starting with a small audience and simple phone videos that showed the business’s daily life. The opportunity was to keep that genuine feeling while adding a more professional layer: clearer scripts, stronger shots, better pacing and content that could be funny as well as useful.

Keep the personality. Improve the explanation.
The business already had phone videos showing daily life. The brief was not to replace them with a distant corporate style. It was to add planned, professional videos that still felt like the people and routines customers recognised.
From everyday routines to useful videos
Scripts and a shot plan gave each filming session direction. Dog grooming information became short, funny and educational videos, with attention to the opening, clear shots and pacing. The client’s own phone content could continue alongside those edited pieces.
A practical lesson for local businesses
Professional production does not need to make a local business feel less human. Starting with real customer questions and routines creates a repeatable source of ideas. The linked Instagram example is public evidence of the work; it is not proof that every viewer became a booking.
The result
More useful content, without losing the real business.
The project gave the business a more professional content layer without losing the everyday personality that made it relatable.
This case study shows creative work and the approach behind it. We do not claim a verified increase in bookings or attribute revenue to these videos. Audience changes and business enquiries should be measured separately.
Client feedback
The client grew into the process, stayed committed and was happy with the stronger, more professional direction of the content.
